Kawana has been working in the healthcare field for over 15 years, starting out as a Certified Nursing Assitant (CNA) and working her way up to a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) all while maintaining her amazing work ethic, passion and joy for nursing. DCS has been lucky enough to have Kawana working with us since 2021, when she quickly became one of our most trusted and dependable LVNs. According to Kawana, that’s the key, “I’ve always been dependable, I think you’ve got to be dependable.”
She most certainly is that! This drive to be dependable is why Kawana was our highest working provider of 2023, cultivating a relationship with our facilities and staff, coming through in a pinch, and doing all of it with a smile!
